The Vessels
MT »KING DOUGLAS« and MT »KING DANIEL« are modern double-hull crude oil tanker of the panamax class, having a total capacity of approx. 73.000 tdw. Both consists of several separate loading tanks, carrying different types of cargo. They have a length of about 228 m, a width of 32 m and the draught is approx. 14,50 m.

Shipyard:
The vessels will be built by New Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, China, one of the worlds leading shipbuilders.
Charterer:
MT »KING DOUGLAS« and MT »KING DANIEL« are chartered to ST Shipping and Transport Pte. Ltd., Singapore. The vessels will commence their five years period charter immediately after delivery from the yard.
Shipmanager
The issuers have instructed in each case the Scorship Navigation GmbH and Co. KG, Hamburg, with the ship management. König & Cie. GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hamburg and Scorpio Shipping Company LTD, as a leading shipmanagement company based in British Virgin Island, have formed "Scorship Navigation GmbH & Co. KG".
