Scorpio Tankers Plans 150 Million US-Dollar IPO

Italy's Scorpio Group plans to float its tanker subsidiary on the New York Stock Exchange to raise 150 million US-Dollar in an initial public offering.

Chinese Oil Imports continued upward climb last year - König & Cie. Tanker Report in January 2010

With the Chinese economic growth, the oil consumption increased, going from 7.83 million barrels per day in 2008 to almost eight million barrels per day in 2009.
