Teekay Corporation and König & Cie. are pleased to announce that Diamond S Shipping Group has joined the Gemini Tankers Suezmax Pool as a full member. The Gemini fleet currently has 17 modern Suezmax vessels. This is expected to grow to 26 vessels by the end of 2012 as vessels redeliver from time-charters and Diamond S’ eight additional newbuildings are added to the Pool.

Global Infrastructure Partners ("GIP"), independent 5.64 billion US-Dollar investment fund and target fund of König & Cie. "Infrastructure International I", and Belgian natural gas transport company Fluxys G today announced a joint venture under which GIP will acquire from Fluxys a 44.9% equity interest in Fluxys Switzerland. The transaction is expected to close following clearance from the European Commission regulatory authority.
